This policy explains what information RushDial collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. RushDial is a service operated by InPerp LLC ("RushDial", "we", "us"). InPerp LLC is a United States affiliate of The AMZ Research Ltd (UK Company No. 14495849), the registered brand for our calls and text messages. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you use our demo or contact us, we collect only what you give us:

Your first name and mobile phone number.
The business name you select or enter, its public Google Maps details when available, and the short business description you provide.
Your consent to be called and texted (we store the exact wording you agreed to and the time you agreed).
A recording and transcript of the call, which we use to run the demo, follow up, and improve the service. We tell you the call may be recorded before it starts.
Basic technical data from your visit, such as your IP address, the page you came from, and any campaign tags in the link.

We do not ask for and do not want your financial information, government IDs, or passwords.

How we use it

We use your name, number, and business details to run the personalized demo you requested, send the related texts, talk with you about our service, and book a call if you want one. We use technical data to understand which messages people respond to, prevent automated abuse, and limit repeated requests.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to receive text messages from RushDial, we use your name and mobile phone number to send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and information you request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your phone number or personal information. We only share data with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our phone and messaging provider, and our scheduling tool), and only so they can perform that work for us.

Your choices

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to stop texts. To stop calls or all contact, tell the caller or email [email protected]. You can also ask us what data we hold about you and ask us to delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep a record of your consent, then we delete it. If you opt out, we keep only the minimum needed to honor your opt-out.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
